Beto O’Rourke, U.S. Senate Candidate from El Paso, Texas, threw a voter registration rally in Houston with Bun B and told his constituents to “keep it trill” in an interview with Sama’an Ashrawi of SMNTCS. With the help of hosts Bun B and football player Arian Foster, Beto’s rally also featured iconic Houston musicians Trae tha Truth, Chamillionaire, Bombón, Chingo Bling, Willie D, Shakey Graves, DJ Windows 98 (Win Butler of Arcade Fire), and the Tontons as well as U.S. Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (of Texas’ 18th Congressional District).
